Fragrance is a part of grooming. If you smell nice then it could create a romantic feeling and also give you extra confidence to come close. But putting on strong perfume is really a bad idea. It may give headache to you date. Selecting a right body spray or fragrance is a must. You could choose some floral fragrance like lavender. Studies show that it has a very soothing experience and can cause your man gets turned on.

Before you get on to the perfume part. You must make sure that you do not suffer from the problematic body odor or bad breath. If you do so then you must seek medical help. Smelling good needs some preparation. And here are some steps you can follow to mesmerize him.

Steps 1: take a good bath. This will refresh you especially at the end of a tiring day. Use a nice smelling body wash and work up with the lather using loofah. Then shampoo you hair. This is a must because hair usually holds the smell of smoke, or food while you cook food. So shampoo using a nice smelling shampoo.

Step 2: Brush you teeth. Give a quick floss. Clean your tongue. It is said that the grime on the inner part of your tongue is the main cause of mouth odor. Then use an alcohol free mouth wash that can give long hour protection from bad breath.

Step 3: after the bath dry yourself and use a nice smelling anti-perspirant or a deodorant under your arms. This will help you to remain fresh through out the evening.

Step 4: Use a nice body spray or perfume. Dab some on your pulse points like nape of the neck, Wrists, behind your knees, temples etc. make sure not to use very strong perfumes. Use floral, feminine, and milder ones that go nicely into the breeze as you move around.

Step 5: one of the nice ways to perfume your hair is spray a little in the air above your head, while you are sitting and then get up so that your face is not but only your head is in that sprayed height. So that your hair absorbs the entire fragrance. This will also allow your hair to maintain its softness.

Step 6: now dress up into your favourite clothes and make sure that they smell fresh and not like the detergent or else the entire effort of yours may go waste. There is a nice trick you can follow. Soak a little perfume on few cotton balls and pin them up in your petticoats or bra etc so that you do not have to dab perfume every now and then and just completely involved in your date. This would work wonders if you are close to your man while dancing or kissing.

Step 7: carry a few mint favour gums in your purse which you can chew after the dinner so that you ca handle the kissing part after you have had the dinner or drinks. Or just use a mouth freshener.
